Coronavirus requirements

If possible please wear a mask, as I am easily susceptible to picking up viruses and need to stay healthy to look after your kitties.

Things to bring

For your cat’s comfort, it is always good to bring a blanket or cat bed from home.  As well, if your cat has a preferred toy or special treats, please bring them along.

Litter and litter boxes are provided, as well as, dishes for food and water.

Food

You need to bring enough food for your cat’s stay, as it is best for them to maintain their regular diet.  Please also bring any special treats you might like your cat(s) to have.

Medicine

If your cat requires daily medication, you will be asked to fill out a form and bring enough medication for your cat’s stay.

There will be an additional charge of $5.00 per day (discounts will not apply to this charge).

Forms

We request that you please complete the following forms prior to dropping your pet off.  If you encounter any issues completing the forms, you can complete them at drop off time.

Vaccination

You will need to provide a veterinarian letter as proof of vaccination for the following:

  • Feline Calicivirus (FCV)
  • Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis (FVR)
  • Feline Panleukopenia (FPV) (Distemper)
  • Feline Rabies (required if pet has been off island – in past 3 months)

Flea and tick treatment

Your cat is required to be treated for fleas, ticks and worms.  Any cat that is found to have fleas or ticks, will be treated with a vet approved treatment at the owner’s expense.
